The RS2E opens 10 research positions for impassioned scientists by the field of energy storage and batteries of the future. The teams, at the cutting edge of technology, look for young talents to get involved, to innovate and carry out a large-scale project in a dynamic pace.

What do we offer?  5 doctorates and 5 post-doctorates positions in the flagship themes of the network. In 2020, the reinforced research axes are solid chemistry, electrochemistry, theory and instrumentation.

Master II students will be welcome for internships within our laboratories.

Our research topics are in direct link with the fields of chemistry, electrochemistry, applications of chemical engineering, physical chemistry of materials, micro and nanotechnologies.

The RS2E is a French research and technology transfer network, headed by Prof. Jean-Marie Tarascon and Prof. Patrice Simon, devoted to energy storage devices: rechargeable batteries, supercapacitors and other alternative techniques intended for multiple commercial products (electric vehicles, portable electronics and electricity storage from renewable sources). RS2E is a CNRS research network (French national center for scientific research) created with the support of the Ministry of higher education and research. The network benefits from the financial support of the French government under the label “Laboratory of Excellence” (LabEX) STORE-EX.
